Donnie is one of 3 co-founders of TeksInc.  He has 15+ years of IT experience in Public sectors ranging from Municipal, State and Federal levels as well as years of experience working and consulting in private sectors.

Mr. Roland has worked as a programmer starting with Clipper and Oracle7 up through the more recent .Net technologies all prior to moving over to the network engineering side where he worked as a  network engineer certified in Microsoft, Novell, Cisco & Red Hat.  He was selected as the 2nd Design Engineer for the worlds largest VoIP implementation consisting of 225K devices as well as the lead Implementation Engineer on multiple Cisco projects such as the IRS national VoIP Implementation and the US Army’s VoIP Field Prototype project.  He has been engineering and maintaining networks since NT4 was released and has implemented infrastructure consisting of well over 250 sites world wide.  Mr. Roland also holds “current” Government Security Clearances.

Currently Mr. Roland is the Chief Engineer at TeksInc overseeing the design and implementation of technologies at all clients while developing and improving best practices for deployment across all clients. 

Outside of work, Mr. Roland enjoys spending time with his family of 6.
